Tastylunch's analysis is sound. The company's hype is not.
The market is irrational at times, but eventually gets it right. Since we get to pick the time to sell, this bet is like a life insurance policy on the death of the company. It pays off big if the company goes bankrupt, but you still get some points for a company illness which takes the stock price down 50%.

I don't dogpile without my own DD, but the Pumps going on, emails, phone calls, and the blogger on Tasty's blog are all signs that this windmill won't spin. The business plan, salary structure, and lack of capital show why good .OB stocks are hard to find. Tasty's summary of their financials is spot on. I might think different if this were disruptive technology, but the wind angle is more than covered by viable companies. Prove me wrong by your results, but besides the wind pumping the stock, I doubt there is enough breeze to get this one turning.

They just bought two other smaller wind companies (sorta). One was in bankruptcy. Both have to show a certain performance (wonder how you do that if you're in bk?). The $4?? Million will be a mix of cash and restricted shares of stock. Hmmm, wonder what the mix will be when Helix only has $300K of cash and $15 Million in debt?

Check your bill, but even in New England our costs are less than this wind bag would be.
