Not surprising that the outlook for HPOL does not look good. Just read this article for confirmation.
"Harris Issues Weak 2008 Profit Prediction"

During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2007 (fiscal 2007), 60.5% of the Company’s total revenue was derived from Internet-based research. The only problem is that their margins on Internet-based research is much lower than historical methods of customer profiling.

Harris Interactive, Inc. operates as a market research, polling, and consulting firm. The company provides Internet-based and traditional market research and polling services, which include qualitative and quantitative research, service bureau research, and long-term tracking studies. NOTE: There is NO money in market research, that said, buy a little bit and sell when you make a little bit off of it.

Harris should benefit from the upcoming presidential elections and in general, I like this stock. It looks undervalued.

This pick is mainly me messing around with some small, local companies. HPOL a research firm, known for its Harris Polls. I have no idea how their competitve landscape is, but the overall business should be growing, with people more and more interested in information on the economy, poltics, clients, whatever. Profits and cash flows are generally grwong, and the comapny has no long-term or short-term debt on the balance sheet. Wall Street expected 20+% growth over the next few years, so the stock may struggle if they cannot keep up the pace.
Recs
Price seems cheap. I see this company all the time. Industry seems to like them.
