Recs
More than 14% above its 50-Day Moving Average.
Recs
Showed up on a screen for solid 5 year growth with low debt, cash on hand and still at attractive P/E ratios.
Recs
Solid company that is undervalued as economy recovers.

Analyst upgrades, Barclays put 12 month target price at about 44. Buy Buy Buy
Recs
Cash in the bank, trading below FV for 2009 earnings, good growth prospects, no brainer

Just following the crowd and, in general, liking what I read.

Communications infrastructure funds are going to end up here.
Recs
CAPS+MFI, reasonable debt load, dividend, at 52 week low

Low insider ownership, high institutional ownership. Debt and payables are on the way down, and their cash on hand is decent compared to their debt load. Dividend is sustainable and looks good.
And lets face it, I see truck loads and truck loads of these radios show up each day over here in Afghanistan. They are the best thing we've got over here in this poor terrain that all but requires us to rely on satellite based communications versus the line-of-sight equipment that can be easily used in Iraq. Given the impending troop surge means a greater need for radios and their spare parts. Harris will be a major key player.

Come to papa.

Extremely well positioned company in RF Communications, Government Communications and Broadcast markets. Excellent balance sheet giving them the ability to make two key acquisitions within this recession. This stock really lags in short term, but pays a good dividend and is a safe place to keep your money with substantial growth opportunities. I have heard rumors about HRS as a takeover candidate, but haven't read to deeply into them at this time. I personally own HRS shares. The company fits my investment profile. Plus, buying at this price is a great deal. HRS currently has a P/E of 7.4, compared to the industry average of almost 20.

Let's see... a very large communications company that does a lot of work for the government, has solid earnings, and is coming off a 52-week low, sounds like a good time to take a position. Much better than a year ago when it was more than twice the price.
Recs
Near 52-week low, takeover target, strong ROE, play against analyst downgrade, and I expect high-tech military hardware will strongly outperform under Obama, mostly to win hawks against his campaign message. The U.S. spends fifty percent of world military spending and so the military industy now controls our foreign policy branches.
Recs
See 00100 pitch.
Recs
if you can believe the "talking heads"
Recs
Could be takeover target at +- $45.00

I'm normally not big on Military Tech, but communications fall under the category of mission critical tech. The fact that the company spent $600 mil to buyback shares recently is encouraging. I love companies that wear their own pants and are cash flush enough buyback shares when low. Beyond that I like that it is near it's 52 week low.
