After talking with a couple of vets and reading on a few websites that are related to vet services i have to concur with tuckerchloe. The companies goods are rated highly and with the US's obsession with their pets the stock has a very good chance of growing with a possible future merger.

Average P/E is combined with high (~73%) RoE and one-digit RoA. Hope they'd fix management issues and put the RoA up soon. Despite that, it's a great pick, with enormous potential.

Deep inside, I consider that to merge with a bigger shark sooner or later.
