The company has a great management team and they are finally focused on their core business. I would not be surprised if Liberty stepped in late this year or early next and took over HSN and brought it into the QVC family.

With the recent market correction and the worry of another October crash, retail purchases will likely fall, which will eventually show up in the balance sheets of marginal retailers such as HSNI.
