It will take along time for Hershey to organize and make many cut backs. Last I heard they are moving a plant out to mexico to cut on labor cost by 10%. Hope all works out well for this chocolate maker, during the hardest times of our economy right now.

Good value stock with great defensive characteristics, stable dividend, and stable business.

Wrigley/Mars deal does not mean Hershey is next. Once folks figure that out there will be an exit. The wider SP500 has been bullish, so I expect the combination to be good for 9-12 CAPS by options expiration.
