You need to move goods, and in a down economy companies will be looking to cut expenses on distribution, that way they can maintain profits with lower prices or quantity of goods sold. One way of doing so more efficiently is hiring a firm like this to do it for you. And when the boom begins again, well their will be more products to ship. I suspect this company has some resilience to the business cycle, however I would become concerned if energy prices spike.
