Humana has half their market cap of $7.5B in net cash ($5.6 B cash - $1.9 B debt), and a 2009 est. P/E of 7.5. The stock is off its Jan 2008 high of $88 to the mid 40s amidst weakness in the health care sector. This is a value play with solid upside potential at current levels.

38 PE Ratio and so much reliance on selling government plan. Stock seems overvalued and at risk since it has had such a huge run up.

Not much logical study here, but in the midst of this financial Armaggedon we are currently enduring, I am of the opinion that Health Care will be one of the better sectors to be in. Other solids here are that they are doing a large share buyback, earnings have been better than expected and they just purchased Cariten which should add to revenue and earnings in the near term.
