Well, whaddya know? These guys really are on CAPS! HYBR ran a full page puff piece on itself in the Washington Post a few weeks back. I figured it was probably a penny stock incapable of being shorted, but here I find it among the day's top losers.

However, that said, I'm not really sure how much demand there is for AFTERMARKET hybrids or pure-electric conversion vehicles. Which would you rather have, a $65,000 hybrid Mini Cooper (an unmodified loaded new Mini with a gas engine is under $30k) that has been modified and retrofitted by a third party, or a brand new $25,000 Toyota Prius with OEM hybrid parts? What are you going to do when your ultra-modified chop-shop aftermarket hybrid car needs to be serviced? Also they own a VOIP company. That's a red flag right there.
