Company just acquired top software for integrated POS transactions from TPIsoft. This could be key to their future growth.
CEO is out, which is good. This company in my opinion lacks imagination and innovation which is quite negative for a small player in a market. If they can get someone in who will cause people to rethink everything, they can build a great turnaround story in 2 years.

This company has lost its way. The leadership has tried to "cost cut" its way to growth. Their "new" products aren't new anymore. The EMEA market and Asian market have seen real growth for HYC's competitors thru the implementation of wireless terminals in restaurants and other venues. Hypercom missed the window with their very late entry (more than two years late)of a wireless product. Their main rival Verifone has taken market share in Europe and North America nearly every qtr since the arrival of HYC's new management team more than two yrs ago. Anyone can cut jobs, it takes talent to lift the top line.
