How can one beat HYF with its low buying price and nearly a 10% dividend paid in monthly installments?
In this Economy, I can't come close to investing at that kind of return!

This is not the killer I thought it was. I was lucky to buy when the market was at a low we will not see again. As a pick to beat the S&P it is sufficient. I say that because I don't think the S&P will do more than 10% a year. To buy now 12/23/2010 at $2.25 you would get the 10% dividends to keep up with the S&P. I predict the dividends to slouch a percent or so over the next two years, while its share price increases a small bit.

Dividend payout of 11.55% will drop start price and make this an outperform

tracking, does this really have a 22% yield?

If 3.81 is a good discount then 1.97 must be great. Just jumping on the bandwagon here.

I have owned this stock for many years and the dividend has always been 10 to 12% year after year. The best dividend play on the market in my opinion.
