Pilgrim's Pride looks like they will be forced into Chapter 11, ending the "whose is bigger" match between PPC and TSN. On the other end, TSN will be the "victor" but will be saddled with massive debt that will crush their margins. IBA has almost no debt and when the dust clears they will be king.
