I basis Inc. --Is the worlds third largest buyer and seller of Internnational telecommunications or overseas longdistance phone using Voice over Internet Protocol which is predicted to be a $65 billion dollar industry per analaysts. Customers include AT&T, MCI, Sprint, and various government affiliated phone call carriers. They recently bought out another company which is a "reverse buyout". This is part of their strategy to consolidate the international long distnce business but they have not had results that are attractive yet With telecommunications industry as a whole down, this is a contrarian buy in anticipation that both the industry and this individual stock will improve in the next year to two years. They fell from 52 wk high of $10.88 a share to $3. a share with disappointing 1Q results. They are bouncing around off that bottom at about $3.20 currently.

Stock is a thinly followed stock, in a market segment that is seeing rapid growth. IBAS is one of the few companies that has consistent Revenue and Earnings growth. Through sheer volume of traffic, they are making nice margins dispite low Revenue per minute.

As they will soon merge in KPN's Mobile business, they will soon be the #2 Global Telco player in terms of total minute traffic.

Stock option scandal (still not over)! Decreasing margins, and an astronomical P/E.

Global domination in the wholesale VoIP business. They are becoming the vendor of choice for Tier 1 carriers around the world and the international origination and termination business is much more profitable than domestic US origination or termination. Fast consistent traffic growth and don't forget the stock buyback program. All pointing towards outperforming the market.

IBAS is a pure VoIP play that operates on a low margin to gain market share. The company is growing, has cash, positive cash flow and is profitable
