Well run bank that serves the growing Hispanic community in TX, who will be an increasing economic presence. Well positioned branches in HEB supermarkets will provide the company with increased customer contact at a lower cost than other banks and allow it to piggy back on the success of its host.

Outperformed S&P since 1996. P/E is reasonable. CEO has been w/ company more than 30 years and is 2nd largest shareholder. A/L is 1.0. Would like to see more cushion but past 3 yrs of expansion activity have increased cost so expenditure makes sense.
