They bought a lot of brands over the past 2 years at full value. Their business model certainly insulates them relative to bricks and mortar retailers in a recession but they will suffer but their relative multiple differential overcompensates for… More

Strong balance sheet (plenty of cash), cheap, and history of growth. Would like to see some more insider ownership. The debt is a little scary but a strong balance sheet with some solid growth prospects should make it manageable.
