On a long term basis, it's pretty difficult for a utility with a good payout ratio to beat the S&P. I'm expecting this stock to underperform.

I've been following this stock for many years and its price is now half of what it was over the past decade, with no fundamental change, to my knowledge, iin profitability. The high percentage of energy produced by hydropower will be rewarded by carbon credits and western demand for energy. Debt is a concern. To me, this is a safe bet, although hard to say if it will outperform.
