But MTPPE, JUVANAN, is due for FDA panel review on 5/9/07. I believe that they will recommend approval. The stock should sell up big on this news, maybe 20+. It may cool a little after that, but maybe not. JUVANAN is MTPPE and showed a survival benefit with minimal and non serious side effects.

Since it is an injection to stimulate macrophage cells, it could be used for all cancers, not just osteosarcoma. The approval, if so, would be for osteosarcoma, about 1000 cases in the US per year.

This is very small, but off label is really very large. You don't hear much about this now since the FDA hasn't passed on Juvanan yet, and they don't like pre-approval speculation about off label use.

But it is my opinion that Junanan, if approved, will eventually be used off label and that it will prove to be useful in the treatment of virtually all cancers. This would be a home run.
