When I was in Java 20 years ago, I couldn't find a fixed line. With all the mountains why would you try to develop that. Don't think TLK can keep the whole market, but really haven't set foot in Indo for 10+ years.

I would put this in a basket of reliable overseas telecom stocks for growth (with e.g. TSP, VIP). Plus, it's near a floor at $35 now.
