Since we're coming down in the US right now, foreign stocks are up wrt the S&P500. And what goes up must come down. Short term short.

This one feels like a bit of a gamble, but I think it should pay off in the long run (I'd look at EWZ if you are looking for similar investment with higher risk/return). Here you get the resource rich, educated and low paid labor of Latin America. With energy costs rising, Latin America's poximity to the largest economy in the world boost it about the other BRIC geographies. Brazil is the driver. This ETF is up 50% annually over the past several years. Cheaper than a mutual fund, and it trades like a stock. You don't have to wait until the end of the day to sell.
