Future technical views and a crystal ball calls this longshot live on the turn around, after the fall.Possible decade rocket from $5 or 0.95 which ever way short term volatility decides play.

I have high hopes for Immersion Corp. Their touch interface applications have many diversifications to keep working for years to come. Solid company with many patents! Will doulbe by next summer.
Recs
Haptics are coming to every device near you and Immersion is at the center of the industry. Reminds me of Nuance in speech recognition with its well heeled book of patents
Recs
Great long term play
Recs
Touch interface technology is a high growth area. Solid company with good long term potential. I'm trying to buy at the valley and hold on for the peaks.
Recs
samsung phones with immr haptics selling like wildfire
Recs
Haptics will give greater user feedback from enabled equipment; this can potentially enhance the productivity of such devices by creating new areas of interface for existing products as well as opening unexplored interface concepts for new products.
Recs
Once this stock picks up momentum and customers it is going to soar on growth potential. I expect this stock to be a $15 stock with a little luck by xmas 09. If the luck doesn't come by then it is still a good long term hold with all the patents they own on haptic tech, it is in the near future wait and see!
Recs
Great potential lies in years to come.
Risks to consider include:
1)Uncertain economic environment
2)Competition
3)Intellectual properties issues
Recs
Hold a number of patents in haptic feedback
Recs
Immersion has a big chunk of the haptics market sewn up, both in terms of supplying hardware & software for mobile phones, and medical simulation and instruments. In addition, on the mobile side, watch out for the development of a "ringtone"-type market for composed haptic sequences.
Recs
With a high concentration on mobile (55%), Immersion is positioned very well to get a large share of the touch-screen revolution that is very obviously the next big wave in phones. Not just the iPhone, but HTC, Samsung, T-Mobile, Palm... if IMMR can capitalize big on this growth, this stock should perform well for several years to come.
Recs
The company represents everything detailed in Daniel Pinks A Whole New Mind. Immersion Corp brings the High Touch, High Sense idea to life through their haptics touch feedback technology. I expect Immersions technology to be a staple of new consumer electronics. Please visit EquityGroups.com and locate the Immersion thread to discuss Immersion's products with long term shareholders of the company. I hope you find great returns with this company!
Recs
+Touch is the future (Medical devices; touch computers; appliances)
+Cash $4.27 per share
+No debt
+Rapid adaptation is expected
+Casinos to use tactile feedback
+iPhone doesn't use haptics...YET!
Cons: Company is not yet profitable; future qtr losses are expected; will be hampered by declining economy.
Honestly, I'd like to look at this one when the stock retraces to around $4.00 and go for the $2.50 option. But if I had to act today, my play would probably be to sell May09 PUT @ $5.00 for $1.30+ premium.
Goldman Sachs (GS) got in at $3.13
