I hope this stock will outperform. I will support any company tries to develop therapies for cancer treatment. It looks like it has some promise.

Seems the shorts have taken this down to a very decent risk now.

Okay, this one is easy. No products, no profit, going nowhere, no-brainer. Don't bet on pharma wannabes! Buy a lottery ticket instead. Much better odds. I am beginning to sound like a broken record. I'm gonna stop rating these biopharmaceutical start-ups, its getting boring.

Negative net income & cash flow 2004-2006. Underperformed the S&P consistently since 2001. Their cancer drug has been in trials for years and it doesn't look like the FDA will be approving anytime soon.

Bad mgmt credibility.Very small revenue. No insider buying. Looks like this goes to the crapper as I continue to up my ranking from shorting one star bios.I am now no 9 on the 30 day player list by doing this.

former employee knows...technology is limited...scientifc staff has difficulty asking hard questions of itself...management is dishonest...I doubt this will ever be approved...and it will be very ineffective if it ever does get through FDA...I can't see this becoming a blockbuster drug...at best it could become a one time gene therapy blip.

Lot's of fluff? We'll see how things shake out. It's just a game here, but I need some points and I think INGN could bring some my way!

If you read thestreet.com you'll know why this stock if a failiure.

Their major cancer drug, does not work. Using Datamining techniques retroactivly, Introgen claims its cancer drug, advexin can help people with head and neck tumors. This is false. Out of a study of 216 people, 16 were in this group.

Think back to 9th grade Biology. If you form a hypothesis, you have to test it right? You can't just use the data you find to form a result not first alluded to in the orignaly Hypothesis. Introgen does this.

This stock is all hot air and press releases.

Introgen has a close working relationship with the M.D.Anderson Cancer Center and has spent years researching cancer therapeutics based on the p53 gene which governs cell division. Its p53 based product, Advexin, has completed Phase III clinical trials and will hopefully win FDA approval later this year. When approved, it will be the first cancer gene therapy.

Another therapy currently undergoing Phase II and III clinical trials is INGN 241, which is based on the MDA -7 gene that affects angiogenesis, or blood vessel formation. Preclinical tests using INGN 241 synergistically with Genentech's Avastin cured rats of cancer, which neither drug did on its own.

Cancer is a terrible disease that kills over half a million Americans each year. There has been much progress, survival rates are going up and the number of people dying of cancer each year has finally started to decline for the first time ever, but there is a long way to go. Effective therapies that can potentially cure many cancers and put a major dent in this dreadful plague would revolutionize medicine as much as penicillin and the polio vaccine did in the mid 20th century. Also, these novel therapies do not have the harmful side effects of chemotherapy and radiation.

Once INGN's cancer treatment is aproved stock price should increase, and especially if Europe tags along and also aproves their treatment method.
