Down 9% on the news they are offering more shares, 9 million to be exact, which is about 33% of what is currently outstanding. I understand this is bad news for EPS numbers, but at the same time it will give them significant amount of cash to operate, and keep a strong balance sheet. The acquisitions should strengthen their role in the market. And everyone needs to move water and energy thus they will always be in demand. I like this one at these levels, it held through the whole bear market, I got out at $20, now I must say I think this is a great place to get in.

Not quite sure what to do with this thing. I bought it for a dead cat bounce b/after being short although it wasn't my favorite, it was too cheap. Regardless, I never thought that I'd be the score leader here. The thing to keep an eye on is how commoditized bids for municipality contracts are.

I think that mgmt should look at MFRI and maybe acquire some of their more profitable divisions. It wouldn't be a bad fit.

Finally divulged its expensive tunneling business, to focus on its core pipe-reconditioning business. Took a huge hit from canceling big tunneling deals - makes for a perfect buying opportunity.

rehabilitation of sewers, pipelines, and other conduits utilizes a custom-manufactured tube, or liner, made of a synthetic fiber; Pipebursting, a trenchless method for replacing deteriorated or undersized pipelines; and Microtunneling, also a trenchless method of drilling a new tunnel from surface operated equipment; and Sliplining, a method used to push or pull a new pipeline into an old one

This is a very interesting water infrastructure repair play because the firm offers a "bladder" that can be injected inside of old and leaking pipes (up to 50% of all water is lost through leakage before it makes it to your home) to stop water loss without having to tear up the street.
