Apple just planted a beach head on a completely new development platform. This is a well run forward looking company that has not scratched the surface on claiming real estate on products not yet developed.

Time dependent - are they in the apple? Regardless they will grow.

APPL play plan and simple. If INVN shows up in the iPhone 6 and 6+, then there is 200 million plus devices their chips will be in. Huge growth path very quickly.

As an Electrical Engineer, I did a quick review of the competing parts. Invensense parts have equivalent or higher levels of integration than the competition. ST Micro parts simply do not compete. Invensense Is equal to or better than the Bosch parts. Parts are equally small, which is a prime driver for today's tiny devices. Chip costs are very competitive and yet boast significant gross margin. Invensense seems to be focusing on greater and greater integration in small packages combined with better and better tools for the developer. These are all good signs that they are developer driven, which means that more people will design Invensense parts into their products.
Yes, their PE is very high, but considering that they are dumping every last dollar into R&D and thus pushing down the "E", this is not surprising. Their PE before R&D is more like 40. Still high. But, for a small company, in a potentially huge market, there seems to be room for significant growth.

I believe wearable gadgets will be the next big thing, maker smaller computer processors can only do great things.

This company's geographic and physical positioning technology will be in virtually every object that moves and needs to be track and controlled starting with automotive. The potential is off the charts because there are no competitors in sight.

With always advancing technology INVN could end up in more products that we all think. They just need to keep developing and selling.

Not into speculation, out at a nice 98% profit for 1,5y. Obviously overbought and at a price which is reliant on one deal. Unless Apple suddenly goes all in, INVN will drop quick.

Will keep an eye on and get back in once it seems to get to a more reasonable valuation.
