IOSP makes Performance additives for motor fuels and lubricating oils. They have raised their semi-annual dividend recentl. They have an active stock buy-back program and the stock price is moving nicely off it's recent lows

These guys have been battered and beaten and they now appear to have picked themselves off the mat.

The company has such massive potential and has the ability to capitalize on it. Specialty chemicals is still a young industry. Until recently most companies would research and produce their own specialty chemicals but they learned it is cheaper and more efficient to buy from company like IOSP. The stock just split too.

After the split its going to gain 20% back by years end.
