Their dial business is an ice cube that is melting away. This company has NO growth prospects. If I could buy options, I would short the sh!t out of it.

IPAS today announced that its board of directors has authorized an extraordinary cash dividend of $0.32 per share. The cash dividend is payable September 17, 2009 to stockholders of record as of August 31, 2009

Everything about this company has been moving in the wrong direction for years. Declining Gross Sales, declining Nets, declining FCF, declining Cash and ST Investments... At least they have not incurred any major debt, but that's coming if things do not turn around rapidly, barring another stock sale. This can only be a turnaround play, since they're going the wrong way!
