IRF operates in a highly-competitve but quickly-growing industry. It present a tremendous risk-reward scenario where I see about 10% downside and 200% upside if it can release its latest earnings and quantify past mistatements.

A high cost structure has kept IRF from having a profitable year since 2007. 2010 is looking more like the prior two years for earnings, so it is difficult to justify the significant stock price gains during 2009.
