Intertape Polymer Group has struggled recently with 18 consecutive months of losses but that all appears to be behind them now. ITP has 250 million dollars in debt and that usually would be a turn off for me, but given their continuous history of solid revenue growth and their return to profitability I will ignore that. ITP is trading at just a fraction of their book and sales valuations and should easily return to producing 28-30 cents in EPS by 2008/2009. These prices are practically unheard of for ITP despite their recent struggles. Plenty of oversold readings here leading me to believe it should be hard to create a new long-term uptrend.
