This is a new IPO that should have a 10-12% dividend that hasn't been factored into the price yet. After it's first quarter results come out and a dividend is made official, this stock should see appreciation along the lines of 25%.

IVR is a REIT, focused on purchasing and investing in mostly residential (and some commercial) mortgage-backed securities and loans. Since RMBS look like poison to most investors, and the value of RMBS have begun to stabilize, there is opportunity here. Invesco has a depth of experience in the sector and claims a highly selective acquisition process. For CAPS, with a good dividend attached, IVR is attractive.
