On a market decline, the small caps will likely lose the most but, given the tight capital markets and projected slow growth in the US, they are likely to grow slower in an up market in the short term. So either way, this looks like a good CAPs pick… More

small caps seem to be struggling vs. the SPY index, could be a sign that the march rally is ending.

At the beginning of the 8 bull markets that have occurred during the last 50 years small caps have produced much better returns than the S&P 500.
