Five year outperform. Easy call since I expect this fund to at least keep track with the S&P500. More to the point, low borrowing costs mean the stocks in this fund are buyout candidates/acquisition targets. Any rise in buyout activity will give lift to this ETF.

Will slightly outperform S&P over the long term just because the S&P is big and slow and midcaps are, well, midcaps. :)

midcap value etf. I think midcaps & value have a tendency to outperform over the long haul. This is my favorite "invest & forget" stock.
