+ Watch IXYS
on My Watchlist
The Company designs, develops, manufactures and markets power semiconductors and digital and analog integrated circuits.
Could be the next Ambarella, has huge implications in the drone market etc. Used in radio controls, looks pretty nice.
Big drone technology.
One more, I shouldn't have exited, that is undervalued.

low PEG, strong price uptrend
A little late to the party. Researched after UltraLong's initial pitch, but didn't have the funds to buy in RL. Curious to see how far it will go.
Poised to compete with AXTI, RFMD - two other stocks making good gains. Bought a couple hundred shares with real funds.
semiconductor looking good, share buyback, ultralong agrees
Assuming the earnings figures remain flat in the next couple of years, the 10 dollar price tag is still a reasonable valuation (P/S = 1.13, P/B = 1.72, also look at the price history). However, analysts and the CAPS community agree that the company's earnings will explode in the next couple of years. It would be hard to imagine that this stock does NOT double before the end of 2012 as long as the earnings estimations are not far overblown. Of course, I'll do my due diligence before taking a real life position, but this stock should be a winner.
Their involvement with the high speed trains in Korea will generate plenty of revenue. High speed trains continue to be a solution for governments looking to make transportation economical and environmentally friendly too. After Korea introduces 18 train sets in the next 10 months other governments will be able to follow suit.
Our Power Infrastructure in need of a smart grid overhaul. With Obama as Pres. we should see robust growth in this sector in the next few years. This company is well poised to ride the green tide of change toward our sustainable future.
The push for clean energy technology makes this a long term gem. You will see this have plus returns for the next five years.
Semiconductor niche for clean electricityEfficient powerAlso some solar and wind
Although oil will still be king for the forseeable future clean tech is already making inroads and should grow almost exponentially. Be it wind, solar, bio fuels or what ever, as a group they are only a small part of 1 percent of the total energy complex and will take years to make a significant dent in oil. Long term buy!!!
Buying a highly regarded company at a discount. I think It will get a political boost with all the hardcore alternative power source legislation that people are pushing for.
Is the Tech sector going to be the first out of the crisis? After reallan.
I bought this stock back at 6.80, but didn't use my caps account at the time. I'm giving this stock the thumbs up this close to the 52 week high because I'm just that confident in this stock... that and it's just a game ;)
Great way to get into renwable energies
