Long term tech is a good bet. This is the kind of thing you have to sit on for quit a while though.

Will it outperform? Yes. However, I think key companies are missing from this ETF and too much is being bought into Microsoft (this ETF has ~10% in it) and I think Microsoft is going to crash soon, and for good (Linux is too strong).

This is a safe bet but I am sure there is a better ETF for US Technology stocks. I have not found (nor looked) for it yet.
