JAZZ Pharmaceuticals stopped playing the blues after Phase III data was released indicating it'ssodium oxybate (JZP-6) showed a statistically significant reduction in fibromyalgia pain. Since the drug is already marketed to treat narcolepsy (a chronic sleep disorder), the safety concern of the two major issues for approval, (safety and affectivity) should be minimal. JAZZ soard as high as $4.85 as is typical on drug stocks with good news lately. The pullback to the low $3's in my opinion is a gift. Yes drug stocks are highly volitile. Funding, results, approvals, all cause gyrations. It is becoming harder to buy a drug between Phase III and FDA approval/disapproval with a decent risk reward as speculators abound. I think JAZZ has a good valuation. To have only been in business since 2003, Jazz's portfolio of neurology and psychiatry drugs/candidates has some great potential. I'm JAZZ'd up on JAZZ.
