Green Buildings are taking over- rehab, new construction. While no one is building now, when they do they will find out that new government mandates require huge new energy efficiencies. Johnson Controls will be super hot.

Lackluster management. Mid-range price. I don't see this beating S&P500 over the long-term, although short-term it might pick up speed.

Lost a lot with the automotive collapse, but positioned for future growth with battery developments and contracts, plus the advances in building control systems for reduced energy consumption.

$25.00 is a great entry point on this stock. Conservative forecast beat down the stock. There is some real upside in this stock in the next 2-3 years if the battery market continues to pick up.
