i'm a little late on this one, since i thought anything under $100m CAP wasn't eligible for rating. apparently, the rules have changed? regardless, the japanese know how to rebuild better than anyone, and i put real money in at $5.59 last week. will sniff around again if below $6.

Japan's market picking up after long recession. Yen will improve over the US dollar. Japan government supporting financials. All part of Asian growth.
