Jamba Juice is everywhere on the west coast. It is just a matter of time until you have Jamba Junkies in more markets.

This place is spreading like Starbucks. I remember when they bought out Juice Club in the San Jose area.

They are finally getting out of California.

Well, I admit I have been nervous lately as the price settled back down. But at a recent check-in at my local Jamba, all the manager could talk about was how more and more people were coming in and things were booming. So let's hope this little snapshot of growth translates to the stock price!

While not a regular customer, I have enjoyed Jamba smoothies here in Oregon for years; and they are probably the only smoothies I will ever buy (I'm a meat-and-potatoes kind of guy!). They were only recently acquired, and the new management team seems to have some real ambition for the chain. I hear alot of

Local kids hit the big time. I see nothing but smoothie sailing as Jamba Juice expands their reach. Everyone's health concious these days so when you can get healthy, tasty and fun at the same time, you've got a winner. College kids live on these things.

Jamba will continue to slide a bit even through the beginning of 2007 and the last quarter of 2006 results will not be very good. At some point next year there will be some good news and people will take notice and then "look out".

Bad earnings, bad berries, unrealistic expectation that Jamba can create a HR, starbucks-like brand when to date it clearly hasn't.
