Just this month filed for a secondary offering which should improve it's horror-movie D/E ratio. I'm becoming a big fan of SPOs since discovering http://www.nasdaq.com/markets/spos.

How many of my future picks will be SPOs is uncertain, but there definitely will be some They're usually much better investments than most IPOs.
