Stock price has risen too much. There are many Chinese companies doing secondary and shelf offerings, and I guess that JST will join them. I don't like the company is headquartered in the Caymans. Smells fishy.

This company took a huge hit because a proposed going-private transaction fell through in December. The net/net position for this firm is roughly $7.43 per share, which amounts to about a 47% discount at its current price, and it has grown over the last couple of years. The company has positive Cash From Operations and Free Cash Flow for the last couple of years, but negative Free Cash Flow to Equity because of debt repayments. That will likely change soon, assuming its business environment and profitability don’t implode, since its debt level is very low. The firm’s profitability is declining slightly, but the investment is worth the risk in my opinion due to the large margin of safety, especially since it’s actually profitable and seems to have a pretty stable business model.
