Due to the increasing market volatility in th commodities market in regards to grains, Kellogg will find it difficult to maintain profitability in the short term.

Kellogg Company is one of the World's premier producer and marketer of ready to eat breakfast cereals. The company has world-class financial characterists such as pre-tax margins and return on total capital and return on shareholders equity. The current BEAR Market or the current transition from Bear to Bull Market phase has these quality shares selling for less than one-half of the company's Intrinsic Value of $97-$99 per share. These quality "Blue Chip" shares are a long-term as well as a short-term BUY!

this stock will stabilize and serve as good protection but not for the market we will have in the near future.
