This is underfollowed on CAPS--a problem with CAPS discussed with one of the Gardner guys in Chapel Hill last year. The currency is strong and it is in the ASIA where regional trade is increasing. It is a paltry fraction of its 52 week high and would seem to be a screaming buy. What's wrong with this picture?? I'm all ears.

Korea is coming on strong, a high tech tiger in Asia.

Problems in Korea right now. Should pull back to about $10/share before it starts going up.

I am very pleased to add this one to my portfolio. I believe Brazil, Hungary, Israel, Israel, and Korea will see enormous growth over the next ten years. This fund offers the opportunity to capture one of those key elements at a value. Check out the EPS, Price/Book, Debt to equity ratios and dividend yields. There are some concerns that Asia may enter a financial crisis similar to the one in the 1990's, which is keeping stocks low in Korea. However, I believe Korean companies have learned from past mistakes and maintain reasonable amounts of corporate debt on their books. I will continue to monitor consumer demand (growth or decline) to determine long-term impacts of inflationary pressures.
