If I've green-buttoned KKR, I kinda have to green-button KFN too, no? Considering that it's the same thing (well, more or less), but cheaper? Overlooked this one.

Basic business, reasonable dividend given risk and transmutable if all goes wrong.

KFN is great company that is able to fly under the radar of most investors. The recent decline in price gives investors a great entry point (Below $8.60). There has been lots of insider trading and with a P/E that low KFN is undervalued. Growing earnings are predicted for upcoming quarters, but with dividends at over 8% why not get paid to find out.
Recs
KFN has been diligently reaching out into different areas by diversifying into real estate and other sectors in order to uncouple itself from the natural gas sector. Although KFN is still leveraged to the natrual gas sector through its investments with CHK and other MLP assets, it has a strong management team much along the lines of AGNC and NLY in the mREIT sector, they are that good, and are very transparent in their conference calls.

Know nothing about this except that Jakila and TMFDeej picked it. Adding it to the watchlist.

Recs
KFN's profitablity in 2009 and through 2010 and its ability to support a strong and growing dividend suggest this stock as a worthwhile investment over the next several years as the U.S. economy continues to improve.
Recs
Spread dependent. Reduced position at $10.50, sitting tight with the rest.
Recs
profit margin 85%, book value $8.67 and 22% earnings growth

This company in presently part of a group offering to purchase DLM they are a specialty financing company and I believe will continue to move higher as the market improves. Their dividend return of 6% will help that as well.
