This is a tough one. Kraft does seem to be fairly valued at present, however as a S&P "outperform" I'd say it's a no-brainer given the consumer staples that the company sells.

The way they treat their employees will lead to a serious drop in the company's production and product quality in the long run. The consumer will notice after a while, and there goes Kraft's key to current profitability, which is their brand reputation.

The recent decline in commodity prices will allow them to show positive earnings growth. longer term prices will catch up and cost control will become a problem.
