As is obvious If you look at my portfolio, I am very bullish on energy in general and politically safe oil in particular. With BRIC still doing it's thing in support of oil prices and places like Venezuela, Iraq and Iran helping to do the same in their own fashion, I feel that North American oil is the place to be in the energy sector for the foreseeable future.

Extremely well run company. Dividends and growth are both outstanding. If new equity is deployed effectively, stock has a lot of room to rise.

Just opened a new gas pipeline from the Rocky Mountains to New Jersey. Diividends will increase 14% in 2008.

Flushing money through a pipeline. Connection to the Rocky Mountain gas fields will bring significant new income for KMP and many speculative minor gas plays in the area like TMR, GSCO and many others.

Dividend is strong in a lower interest rate enviornment. Stock was knocked down from $57.00 for no good reason except for the IPO of many new MLP companies that funds had to invest in.

They get the gas where its going and their corporate structure favors dividends . Been kind of sluggish lately but with gas prices inching up this still should be fairly solid

KMP has enviable history but is large company now. Slower growth, probably fairly priced at this point. Unlikely to beat the market.

Has strong network in place and is expanding into the rockies at a pace that should help production volumes increase from the ideal fields.

Fee based for transport of natural gas, refined petroleum, and coal through pipelines and terminals. In short virtually anything that fuels America is handled by them. This diversification and fee based model leaves them well protected from price gyrations in the commodities themselves. If America needs energy they'll be moving the stuff that makes it. My particular attraction is to the natural gas aspect of it ... many new power plants are NG fired and these pipelines will be constantly in use getting gas to them.

America is at low risk of needing less energy in the future and will likely just use more and more. Add in a consistent dividend, now at 6.7%, and this is a solid long term hold.

SIT BACK AND WATCH THE MONEY ROLL IN. SOLID DIVIDEND, A MIDSTREAM PLAYER IN THE ENERGY FIELD AND SOME TAX ADVANTAGES.

I own it and it has outperformed for many years.

These are the righteous Enron managers who left to create Kinder Morgan while the crooks stayed behind.

Company resides in a solid energy sector with past growth expected to continue coupled with a very strong dividend. Cost should be contained and revenues will excelerate
