This company is debt free has a negative entity value, and is profitable (albeit, not by a lot). Buying a dollar for less than a dollar doesn't seem like such a bad idea.

China. Olympics. Also, another "Hidden Gems" revelation that I made quite a bit of money on, before they tanked along with the rest of Chinese market in late 2007. Like XING, I expect them to benefit from sucking on the teet of CHL and the explosive domestic growth. Mid-summer hold.

KongZhong Corporation provides wireless interactive entertainment, media and community services to mobile phone users in China. It also specializes in the development, marketing, and distribution of consumer wireless value-added services. The company offers its services through 2G technology. this is basically old school wireless technology, however with the great number of people in China there is hege demand for wireless service. They should see growth heading towards the Olympics.

Looking at KONG everything seems to be in favor of a good earnings play. At today's price, it's a good bargain for a great potential gain tomorrow. Here are my points:
1. Recent upgrade by Susquehanna Financial.
2. Smaller competitor LTON just raised their guidance. Good sign for the industry.
3. Met expectations last quater. EPS trending higher.
4. Chinese ADR's are staging a comeback with many recent positive earning surprises.
5. Good fundamentals at $3.359 cash per share. $119.53 Million in cash.
6. 2008 Olympics in China
From what I can dig up, things are looking good for KONG. All signs are positive and the rewards far outweigh the risks. I am betting that it should gap up very high tomorrow. What do you thing? I want to use FACTs only so if you got an opinion, back it up with facts and we can have a meaningful and intelligent conversation. Good luck all longs!
