Kite Realty Group Trust is a full-service, vertically integrated real estate company engaged
in the ownership and operation, acquisition, development and redevelopment of neighborhood and
community shopping centers in the United States. It's tennants include companies such as Nordstrom,
Five Guys, Panera Bread, Sprint, Planet Fitness, Best Buy, Chipotle, Pizza Hut, Office Max,
Stien Mart, Hallmark, Publix, and many more. These are all great companies that will be paying rent
for the forseeable future - how efficient is it to move your business often? Also, the properties
are located in heavily populated area throughout the US in areas where the HHI is upward of $75,000
meaning that all of the tenants will have a strong customer base - hence, no need to be relocating
their stores. Plus this is a REIT and the dividends keep increasing (currently at 4.01%).
Love me those dividends - Free money!!

Kite Realty Group is if anything, consistant. Increased consumer sentiment will help lift Retail REITS, I see KRG over $6 near term.

KRG is on the verge of trading into a new range. $5 bottom, $6 cap. With retail sales on the rise, KRG should see an increase in percentage rents. Plus, recent corporate developments will lead to increased Construction income. Been long since $3.78

Fun Fact! If you're a retail property owner and you have a tenant whose lease expires within the next 12 months, lenders will treat him as a non-tenant and not include him in the valuation! What does that tell you about the retail RE market?

Falling 50-day moving average and one of the largest intraday high-low ranges (based on the average percent spread between the intraday high and low over the last fifty days).

This REIT has hundreds of thousands of square feet in the development pipeline that will add 200% to current FFO. This value is being created with a small workforce that is dedicated to the cause.
