Fantastic product, gaining ground in the US tractor market. As someone who is familiar with the products and the market, once the stigma of buying foreign is outweighed by the fact that Kubota makes a great machine, this can only improve.

There is no reason why Kubota will not be able to grab some of the equipment needs for emerging markets. The unprecedentd growth and construction in Eastern markets will fuel an increase in the need for construction equipment. All companies willing to provide needed materials will reap the benefits.

This stock has performed poorly recently but it is a nice way to play agribusiness and "ChinaGrowth" (tm) without throwing your money into that pit of unknown. I think of them as the Toyota of Farm and Construction Equipment. Remaining long here.
