27% insider owned. That's a good start. Nice dividend payer - increasing the dividend the last 3 years. P/E isn't too high at 15.51. It keeps raking in tons of cash (and using it to pay down its debt) - in case you didn't notice, $0 long-term debt looks pretty nice in this environment. And the consumer sector will be the last to really pick up steam after we crawl out of the recession.
