Such serious financial implications in regard to the 30 million dollar fine from the FED for bribery of government officials. Most of their good sales people have left or been jailed. They already closed 3 of their subsidiaries and rolled remaining salepeople into parent company. Sales people of parent company get preferencial treatment over rolled subsidiary salespeople. Lots of very unhappy people. In addition they do alot of business with government agencies, Federal, State and local. This segment of the market is hit terribly hard with the current economy.

The stockholder's equity per share dropped 6.1% from 2005 to 2006. Before that, such equity only grow in the 5-7% range annually. Similarly, total assets declined from 2005 to 2006 after substandard growth in previous years.

Debt went from nothing for the quarters ending September 30, 2006 and December 31, 2006, to $11 million and $16 million for the quarters ending March 31, 2007, and June 30, 2007, respectively.

This company is headed in the wrong direction financially. I can't seem them outperforming in the next year.
