Just watch! LBAS is going to skyrocket. They have a solid company business plan, a high-powered leadership team, multiple revenue streams that spell out big money, and a product that is going to outperform any of the competition. They're in full blown production, have a global infrastructure ready with incredible international partners, and customers lining up for the product.

Okay, so I'm looking at last quarter's results. The company had exactly $0 in revenue, so their $1.4M in expenses resulted in a $1.4M loss. Sure, they're conserving cash by not paying their bills and issuing tons of warrants instead of cash to their consultants. But still, in the past 9 months they've burned through over $3M, and as of 5/31/08 had less than $400K left in the bank.

Sure, maybe they'll find another source of dumb money to buy shares or convertible bonds. If they don't, bankruptcy is on the horizon. If they do, any future value is going to be tremendously diluted. Either way, the stock is a loser.

This little 'Big Brother' device company is set to fail, though you wouldn't know by looking at a stock chart: from $1 to over $8 in one year. Man, they must be hauling the cash in on a dump truck, huh? No.

Their 3 full time employees brought in revenues of just over $5,000 last year. That gives LBAS as P/S ratio of 40,645x...just within my "value stock" range.

Anyway, I like to think of myself as a responsible adult who can keep track of the kids, Spike, my luggage of unmentionables, and Grandpa. This product may be real, but it is really worthless.
