This stock is extremely oversold. Their recent quarterly report outpaced analyst estimates. This stock has declined significantly more than its peers CTX, DHI and HOV over the last four sessions.
The recent "news" regarding Lennar is not really news. None of the information was new and none of it has a material effect on the operations or performance of one the industry's leaders.
Even outside of the recent, unwarranted drop, the stock has significant upside once Obama comes into office and ensures a homeowner rescue that will push this stock up back towards at least the $11.50 range where it was before the speculative drop this week.
No speculation here--just cold hard facts. Look for yourself.
